I've been using Southern Polyurethanes. Epoxy primer. Easy to spray, easy to sand, easy to coat. $200 will get you 2 sprayable gallons. They will ship to your door if you don't have a jobber near by. Unfortunately, they just temporarily closed their doors due the the COVID stuff. Hopefully, they can reopen soon!
