I get happy every year when the plate renewal of my '48 would have come due. I once paid about 2 to 2 1/2 times the normal fee and got a permanent tag. The state and county said: "Go away. We don't want any more of your money....ever."

This is available to any car or truck more than 11 years old so all our vehicles have permanent tags.

I know collector plates are available in other states but I think this is better. I don't think I could get a personalized plate with a collector plate.
