hammer is 10 oz ball peen <-- this is a slightly rare size for a small hammer, common sizes are 8 oz and 12 oz
screw driver is 5.25 inch shank, black round wooden handle, smooth metal collet, most incorrect wood handle screwdrivers have a lip on the forward edge of the metal collet
6 inch combination pliers, nickel plated
tool kit bag is cotton duck material, likely No. 6 weight or a bit heavier, probably not No. 1 or 2, brown color

The master parts book says same part # for all 1/2 ton trucks from 1929-1955.

Although GM used the same part # from 1929-1955.... I suspect that there were changes in the actual jack that was supplied along with the tool kit over that 26 year span.
There is also a listing for 1942-1955 Utility or "big truck" jack with a 7000 lb. capacity...
{I would think that these were used on all 1 1/2 ton & up trucks}.
