Yes, that is the tool list.
A list is shown in Advance-Design specifications manuals, and probably in other years (my post to Specifications Manuals was deleted because it also contained links to images of two types of tool-kits on eBay).
It would be nice to see a GM statement about the location, and, a statement of how/if the jack/handle was attached, especially 1947-2nd through 1955-st?
That information does not seem to be in any of the Specifications Manuals (the place you got your image), nor in Owner's Manuals.?
