Mallard, the shims Phat is talking about are the alignment adjustment shims located between the upper control arm cross shaft and the mounting points for the upper A-arm retaining bolts on the crossmember. Placement of these shims is both important to alignment, and to wheel positioning. Please do let us know about your progress.
