Well, I was trying to learn all I could before I tackled the job. Today, I opened my hood to investigate some more, and now it won't lock because it is so far out of whack. So, I guess I will be learning as I go. I sprayed all the hood hinge and support bolts with Kroil a bit ago. Looks like I will be making some adjustments tomorrow.
