So, the four or five bolts you refer to are behind the wheels, in the curve and attach the fender to the cowl? Additionally, there are three more on each side...on the parking brake support and I'm guessing behind the passenger kick plate? And, that should do it?
Not sure that's all, but it would include everything behind the wheels as far as fender fasteners.
