model C3605 serial no. 2C3605616905B engine no. T-666899 and it's grey
On the tag it says made in Canada also a plate inside says a max gross weight of 7,800 lbs and an outside badge of C 30
My research suggests it was built in Baltimore and only the tag was made in Canada !!!!

What research has lead you to believe it was made in Baltimore?
Here's an example of 1962 Chevrolet US serial numbers;
2C365B100001
2 = year (1962)
C = Conventional Cab with gas engine
36 = Series (3/4 ton)
5 = Body type (Panel)
B = Baltimore
100001 = Unit number starting with 100001 at each plant.
Your model designation would be C3605S here in the US.
C = Conventional Cab with gas engine
36 = GVW classification (3/4 ton)
05 = Body (Panel)
S = 30 Series ordered with optional 7800 pound GVW
I can't help with the engine number other than to say it's not a US format.
