oops right! block # is k3769716 ser # next to dist. is T- 666899 which matches the # on the I.D. plate inside the truck and the head is an 848 head .
there are no bars on the opposite side of the block. I have a 261 engine here and the bars on it look nothing like what I have on my existing engine.

Those are definitely not captains bars like any which I have seen on either 235 with powerglide nor on 261s.
It should be noted that I have not seen all of them.
