I have ours set as a 1948 tank
WE DON"T have a V8.
but if you do have a V8 think about (i've seen) two smaller saddle tanks that will probably have to be made to fit.... cost adds up $$ though. the transfer hose will have to be somewhat large between them or you'll have two filler necks.
other wise this IS the solution
