im not ignoring you,l i just have no clue how to preform what you described, it makes no sense, because a valve is held open if adjusted by the manual, and it turns over like it has no compression.. which it doesnt.. ill just locate the valve that might have a bad seat and, hell i dont know what to do.. maybe twist the valve back and fourth to wear the seat to fit?
