You may have to back off the adjustment if the drum is grooved. If the rear drum is stuck to the axle you can go at it with a hammer & penitrating oil. Make shure there are no clips around the studs or rivets to the flange. If its bad enough you may have to heat the drum. Again back the adjustment up so ther is no interference with the shoes.
