There are at least 4 different situations that can result in the drums getting stuck to the point where they're difficult or impossible to remove. The removal techniques that work successfully on one type of drum will ruin other types. Since you seem to be unwilling to share some details without getting belligerent, we will be glad to help you out. Which way did you come in?
