i set everything, i just tightened the rocker untill it started opening the valve, then backed it off untill it just shut, then set it there. it runs 1000000000x better but now it sucks back through the exhaust (i did the dollar bill test) and it makes a popping noise near every rpm (this is it sucking back though)
