Welcome Shane, Good to have you. A 66 C10 Short Stepside will be a good truck for her. She’ll need to learn how to drive a stick-shift. The standard engine in 66 was a 250, but the 292-6 was optional in C10 for 66.
My first truck was a 66 C10 250 3-speed longbed Fleetside. (Wish I still had it.)
