Well, I called ebay.
They said they were going to notify the seller and he has until the 25th (march 2019) to send me a refund.
I want the money back sure but I wanted the parts worse.
54 3100 posted a picture and a part number but I cannot find them anywhere yet.
Guess I'm back to welding them myself.
