Hy Beast57, I do not know if such an adapter exists, but I wanted you to be aware that at least your left rear outer wheel is the dreaded Firestone RH5 "Widow Maker", please check all your wheels to see if they are the same design, some clues are no splits on the flanges on either side of the wheel and a boxlike structure running around the inside of the wheel. These wheels are EXTREMELY DANGEROUS to play with they have KILLED or SEVERELY INJURED people. My best advice is to remove all the air pressure from them before you do anything with them. There are multi piece wheels available with that mounting pattern, also tubeless wheels are available in a couple of different widths, but these are rare. Please be CAREFUL when working with those wheels!!!
