Front wheel is an RH 5 as well, probably the whole set then.
22.5” tubeless are available, used is best bet. Some of the new ones I’ve seen don’t look good, they take a “universal” shape wheel and drill it for that pattern, overly large flat center in the wheel.
I’m not aware of adapters to 6 lug Budd from anything smaller.
Adapters are available for semi truck sized 10 lug from pickup truck 8 lug. Some people like that look on their pickup.
