It looks to be leaking at the adapter, not the inverted flare. The metal gasket normally has a coating to seal between the carb casting and the adapter. I would take it apart and inspect for any nicks or cracks in the carb casting. These are NOT pipe threads and rely on the gasket to seal the fitting. I agree with coilover, add a piece of rubber fuel hose in the line to reduce the tension on the fitting at least until you fab a new line. The inverted flare also does not rely on the threads to make the seal, it's the flare face and seat that seal the joint.
