You need to determine the bolt pattern. May be Chevy 4 3/4, 6 lug, 1930's ??? However need to be sure that pattern matches when they used lugs. Pretty rare. Could be for car side mount or truck. Possibly $200-$300 to the collector. Seems like a newer Chevrolet Part Number? Someone will have a catalog maybe.
The lug you show may not be the type of hardware used on the vehicle. If you found this lock actually on a vehicle, then you know the era and application already.
