GMC Housing Part # 379476 (check attached photo) one digit off.
My Hunch,
Chevy did not offer a 3 lug cast iron cover just the housing, cylinder & nut.
GMC offered a housing, cylinder & nut plus a 3 lug cast iron cover, but there were 2 covers for 2 groups of truck models.
