I used to see those, but just the part that goes over one lug (which is really all that's needed) back in the early '70's. Back then, front mount spares (right in front of the radiator) were all the rage up here. I've never seen one that would cover more than one lug, though. Seems like it would only work on the side mount spare, so since those are relatively rare, it would make the accessory pretty rare as well. It looks from the arrangement of the cover to be a 6-lug pattern, but that's just a WAG.
