How would you mount the BB and keep the SM420? You'd have to keep the bell housing with it's side mounts and add a cross member for the side mounts on the engine.
Quick and easy...drop a new 350 crate engine in (something mild in the 200-220 hp range) and call it done. That would almost be cheaper than rebuilding the 327.
