It may not be possible to remove engine with transmission unless the cab is already removed.
My trucks the transmission comes off first, then engine comes out. Good advice to remove front clip intact.

Have a look underneath and see if transmission will clear the crossmember going forward, that’s your answer if it follows engine or comes off first.
