Thanks Justhorsenround. Sorry about getting off on the wrong foot in the other thread. Have not been on here in Five years. Was not sure where to post my Question. I was not looking for any illegal Advice, but was not sure how most do a cab change, what is considered the accepted, proper and legal way without a whole lot of hassle. Would like to keep the Truck as Original as possible. The parts truck and the Truck I have had are the same year, same month. So year model, as far as the two trucks does not matter. But the VIN year is used for most Chassis parts replacement. Was not sure if it was the chassis that matter the most or the Cab, as most Parts changes/replacements involve the Chassis parts. And proper Number for the Chassis would be important. Kind of like the old, 'One Piece At A Time' by Johnny Cash: "But up there at the court house they didn't laugh".
