Make sure you get all of the rust out of the holes first. The filler won't stay in if there's rust present, plus, it'll rust further inder the filler. I'll also second the Putty Coat filler. Good stuff. it's made by the same people who make Bondo, RPM/Dynatron, but is a more professional product. Well worth the extra cost, which isn't really that much.
