For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Dec 2001 Posts: 14,522 Moderator: Welcome Centre, Southern Bolters, Legion Hall | | Moderator: Welcome Centre, Southern Bolters, Legion Hall Joined: Dec 2001 Posts: 14,522 | I just made a clip for my 50 coupe Saturday. Yes, a pan bolt goes through it.
Note: someone will have to verify this..................the throttle spring I used was TWO springs wound together. I suspect that is a safety thing but I do not know if they were double when original. I just happen to have one from a ????? car I worked on one time. Ace Hardware is a good place to "rummage" through their supply until you find what you want....and cheap with no shipping. | | |
