Working to get my truck on the road and need to get the parking brake operational. The 41 has a 350/700r with one piece driveshaft. I would like to use the original parking brake pieces. I have the handle - which I guess mounted to the transmission, right? If so, how did it mount? I also have the rod that attaches to the bottom of the handle - but how? I'm hoping I can make a bracket and get it operational with the original pieces, but need some help understanding how it goes together. I've looked at some manuals, but didn't help me. Thanks for your help.
