Also Spicer, Brown Lipe aux. transmissions. Underdrive is left and back, direct is right and back, OD is right and fwd. all shifting goes through neutral in the middle as you mention. Not synchronized, need to match engine RPM to road speed before shifting(easy after a short learning period, learn how to properly use clutch.)
