If you are looking to replace the non-synchronized transmission for the synchronized SM420/465, there is an altered late bellhousing (1948-62)that grafts the clutch/brake brackets from a truck like yours (1937-1947). Don't recall who sells the modified bellhousing, but a little Google searching would get you to it.
