All 10SI alternators have blade connectors- - - -look at the wiring diagram I posted above for their location:

The bolt on the far right can be used for a dedicated ground wire if you choose to do so. It's sort of a "belt and suspenders" thing if your mounting bracket and engine block are well grounded, though.
