I have a friend who takes 2x2's and makes walls that he can take down and put up in his garage. He just covers them with plastic and filters in one side to draw in the air. The other side has a fan through the wall that exits to the outside.
he also paints in the middle of the night as to not disturb the neighbors, or draw attention to the fact that it is unlawful for his to do in a residentual area. He would probably need permits and hazardous waste disposal too. ?? Just thought I'd mention that.
