Wish I could help but that is our of my league.
Since this is where you keep us updated, you may want to ask a specific question in the paint and body for more responses. We can keep up as you go along not necessarily asking questions but leaving a build thread. Questions in general should be ask in the garage forums.
I do like your documentation and if I was doing the same thing following your journal would be idea.
