I had my king pins and spindles installed at a truck spring manufacturer I have used to make replacement leaf springs for my truck. I thought the price pretty fair and they had everything to do the job right since they rebuild big rig front ends and more. I have a 3 ton arbor press and the necessary knowledge to do it but it was so much easier to pay someone to disassemble it and reassemble it all, shims and all. Trying to hold everything together to press the pin in seemed like a real study in creative cursing to me.
