It looks like the 93-95 GM transmissions are the ideal candidates, still using the early Muncie style front pattern. I'm assuming they are like finding unicorns by now. Not to mention seems like ALOT were 4wd.

If you have a later model trans, it may be possible to just have the lower holes drilled in the NV4500 case and have your bellhousing center hole opened up.
