| | | | Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 1,971 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 1,971 | I put mine in dry. I used some tape from the back of the windshield to the front (over the gasket and installed trim) to hold the gasket and trim in place in about 5 or 6 places.
Make sure you check both sides of the windsheild to be sure it is centered in the opening. It will be hard to move if you start when it is off to one side.
Don't get in a hurry. Do it in the sunlight on a warm day so the rubber is more pliable.
On the Erwhipee truck the cab has an overhang on the top. The windshield had to be installed on the top first. Much easier with two people also. | | |
