Comment: that ID tag might not be original and/or it might have been "edited"/changed over the years. The screws are not original attachment hardware.
Yea, I noticed that. The owner (well, the son of the guy who owned it) said that he thought the cab was replaced as the original was rusted out. He knew very little about the truck. I do have access to the title. My feeling on it was that it was swapped without any malicious intent.
Is there a good way to verify this?
