Hy NickE, your truck has the front axle of a two ton, bolted on hub cap. Someone has swapped in a more modern engine, a 63 and newer, something between a 194 and 250, from what I can see in the photos I don't think the engine is a 292 (it does not appear to have the tall side cover), hope that helps.
