Oldie, there are numbers cast into the side of your engine block. Get you a scraper and a big light and find them. They ARE there. If you don't have numbers on the flat boss beside the distributor, you may have a factory replacement block the dealer didn't stamp. Or, someone ground off the numbers of a stolen engine. Find the block casting numbers and we can tell you what you've got. I repeat... THEY ARE THERE!🛠
