I have the resistor, There is no numbers to the left of the distributor on the flat spot and I used wrong terminology by saying babbitt heads. I guess babbitt refers to bearings. There is an oil feed to the top pf the block above the distributor like a low pressure should have, but someone has pinched off the hose. I don't know why they would do that.
