What are you using for fuel supply? I would recommend against using the gas tank after sitting 21 years. The last thing you want to do is introduce a pile of crud into everything downstream of the fuel tank. I would borrow a small plastic fuel tank used for small outboard motors. The primer bulb comes in real handy to get fuel to the pump in a hurry.
