My old ride was a 1953 Chevy 3800 with a 235 cu in motor, 4 speed trans, 4.10 gears from a 1985 Chevy Blazer...(29.7" tall tires) foot flat on the floor..I got it up to 52 mph...that is on a level road...going down hill I would think it might be a little faster...a safe cruising speed would be around 45 ish....
