A hint to what colors were readily available is sometimes (but, not always) found in a Master Parts & Accessories Catalog (a few are on-line) and/or in a Salesman Truck Data Book (for your year, and maybe "nearby" years - none are on-line).

If I remember (I get distracted more easily as I age) I'll check the 1947 Truck Data Book, but I'd bet only one truck color was available for most od thos interior parts in 1947).

The bottom line is, use whatever colors your like - unless you want "period correct" colors (if they are known).
