Every time I find a king snake I bring it home and let it go in the back field
That's smart! The folks around here are afraid of ALL snakes and kill them on sight. Then they wonder why they are over run with rodents. :rolleyes:
I don't kill any snakes. Even when I find a rattler or copperhead on my property I just catch and release. The Copperheads try to get away but the Rattlesnakes turn and fight. It can get a bit dangerous at times. I'm hoping for a reward in the afterlife... :o
