Just a small question for the Fulton Ring Extraction Device safety supervisors. Does the steering wheel come with the device or does the extraction team have to remove said wheel from the submerged vehicle while "Buddy Breathing" with our dashing leader? Also, please please don't post photos of Don in his MUMU. I sure would love to be there but at my advanced age I don't think my funny bone could take it.
