Yes, there was a stomp starter. In the driver's seat, you are sitting much more forward in relation to the engine, compared to a standard cab. Thus, the stomp starter is just forward of the seat base, more or less straight down from your right knee. There will be a reinforced hole in the left floor panel. As you would imagine, the linkage is different than for a standard cab.
