If you are looking for a good graphics place, Graffix Shoppe in Eagan, MN does good work. The one time set-up fee will cost ya tho. There is another place called Advanced Graphics in the metro. If you fax or mail either place what you are trying to do, they can give you a quote. The shadowing around the letters is possible too.
