My wife buys her 1-Shot paint from [censored] Blick Co. We have a store here in the cities, I'm not sure if there might be one in Sioux Falls or not. Kinda doubt it. Can mail order the paint, but if you do be prepared to pay a "hazardous materials" surcharge on the shipping. You may want to send for a color chart of 1-Shot paint first as they have many colors to choose from.
