All Right: What a find!! When I put my truck together 8 years ago or so. I didn't split my manifolds, all that rust can cause issues. I had to double gasket one of them to make the even. Then used plenty of high temp.sealant. Also torqued all the manifold bolts once the engine got up to temp. I've never had a problem with that part since.
