75/25 is what I use for everything MIG. I adjust my technique to compensate for the differences in thickness. If you use an Easy Grind wire like Lincolns SuperArc L-56 (.025) you can't really get any better. The nice part about adjusting your technique to compensate is you can use 75/25 and .025 wire on everything there is (mild steel). On the thick stuff like hitches, double pass welding techniques, on thin stuff like what I am doing now...

Cut the power way down, wire speed way down, keep the welds clean and skip to the coolest part of the panel with about 1/4" stitches each tack, and you are good to go. A very handy vocation to learn for all ages and you can do it on a Lambo or an old Chevy truck with the same great results.
